Timings

The timings shown are approximate appointment durations, not specific treatment timings. Some therapists are quicker than others.

Deposits

When booking online or for treatments over an hour we require clients to confirm their appointment through our booking app. This is done when you book online, If you didn’t book online, we simply send out a text message for you to follow the link. No Card Payments will be charged to secure your booking. Payments will be taken in store at the time of treatment. Under our new cancellation policy we will charge a 30% last minute cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled within 24hours, and a 60% fee will be charged for no show appointments. 

Patch tests

A free patch test is required for certain treatments marked with a ** 48 hours before procedure.  This is non-negotiable and is for your own safety.

Health and Safety

In the event of a fire our assembly point at the rear of the salon car park.  Our health and safety policy and risk assessments are constantly monitored and maintained.

Salon Opening times

We reserve the right to alter opening times without prior notice. 

Loyalty cards

We offer loyalty reward cards to every client.  Receive one stamp for every visit.  Once the card is full you will receive £10 off your next treatment.  We do not replace stamps if your card is lost.  These can-not be used to buy products or gift vouchers.  The managers decision is final.
